2005 SERIES
The 2005 series features a 5-piece MDF door with a “raised molding” look. This door can be manufactured with a variety of insert panels including a bead board panel, flat panel and several raised panel varieties. These doors offer the look of real wood with the advantages of MDF. This style is currently available in unfinished, primed or painted MDF only. This door series is 15/16” thick.
A modified rail and stile (2005DF) is used for drawer fronts in this series. These coordinating drawer fronts are available, provided they meet certain size limitations. Due to size constraints, most drawer fronts will require either a flat or bead board center.
This door style is available with your choice of either an 1/8” roundover or square edge design.
Mitre joints may or may not be visible on painted or primed doors.
Due to the manufacturing method used, please note the following style restrictions.
- No arches are available; square panels only.
- No double panels.
- No raised panel drawer fronts; flat inserts or bead board only.
- No rail or stile changes – standard 2 7/8”.
- Heights over 36” will require additional hinges or preparation to cure warpage.
- Maximum length is 96”.
- Minimum width is 10”.
- Drawer Front minimum height is 6”.
