2004 SERIES
The 2004 series features a 5-piece MDF door with a Shaker look that can be manufactured with a variety of insert panels including a bead board panel, flat panel and several raised panel varieties. These doors offer the look of real wood with the advantages of MDF. Woodgrain doors will follow the pattern of a real wood door with horizontal top and bottom rails.
Coordinating drawer fronts are available to match these doors provided they meet certain size limitations. Due to size constraints, most drawer fronts will require either a flat or bead board center.
Your choice of edge treatment is available with this door style.
Mitre joints are visible on all vinyl doors because the components of the door (rails, stiles, inserts) are foiled prior to assembly. With painted or primed doors, this joint may or may not be visible.
Due to the manufacturing method used, please note the following style restrictions.
- No arches are available; square panels only.
- No double panels.
- No raised panel drawer fronts; flat inserts or bead board only.
- No rail or stile changes – standard 2 5/16”.
- Heights over 36” will require additional hinges or preparation to cure warpage.
- Maximum length is 96”.
- Minimum width is 10”.
- Drawer Front minimum height is 6”.
