Sample Program

Please download the MDF or Unfinished Wood catalogs above.   If you prefer a printed catalog and/or would like to request a thermofoil chain, please call our Sales Department (please call us at 770-271-1266; toll free 800-916-8639). Our themofoil colors are also online.

US Customized Finishes is happy to provide samples of its doors, foils and finishes. We have a few specialty packages designed to showcase our unfinished, thermofoiled, primed, and painted MDF offerings. The samples in these starter packages are available for a small fee to help defray the cost of packaging and freight by UPS ground. Only prepaid or credit cards orders will be accepted for these packages. These items can be ordered on the molding order form.

In addition to these small packages, US Customized Finishes also offers a “Deluxe Sample Kit” for $50.00 which includes samples of unfinished, primed, painted, and thermofoiled  MDF products. Ground shipping by UPS is included with your prepaid or credit card order.

Wood samples are also available, but we must charge for these due to the expensive material costs.   Please call for information and allow sufficient manufacturing time for production when requesting wood products.

US Customized reserves the right to make equitable substitutions to these packages when necessary and without prior notice. Certain substitutions are permitted subject to availability. Because special orders for custom size pieces must go through our production department, we will have to charge full price for all made-to-order samples.

Sample Program
UNFINISHED PACKAGE ($15.00) The Unfinished MDF Package includes sample corners of the SQ, Lexington, RC 100, Shaker #1 and Chesapeake series.	THERMOFOIL PACKAGE #1 ($25.00) The Thermofoil Package #1 includes square raised panel samples of RC 100, Lexington & Slab (with decorative edge), foil chain and molding sample.
THERMOFOIL PACKAGE #2 ($30.00) This package includes all items in the Thermofoil Package #1 plus an additional molding sample and a sample from our 5-piece door line.	PRIMED/FINISHED PACKAGE ($25.00) The Primed/Finished Package includes a primed sample corner of SQ Series and Lexington Frosty White painted sample. Color chips of Antique and Almond paint are included.
DELUXE PACKAGE ($50.00) Our deluxe package includes a Lexington painted door and a primed SQ corner sample.  Foiled pieces in the package include a 5-piece door, RC 100 series and Classic/slab door with decorative edge. Unfinished sample corners of Chesapeake series, RC 200 series and 2 of our  Shaker profiles are included.  A molding assortment, foil color chain and Almond and Antique White paint chips complete this package.

 

Showroom Samples

We maintain a variety of samples (primarily foil and paint) in a handy 7 ¾" x 9 ¾" size. We also have a variety of 5-piece door samples and 1-piece door samples available in a larger 9 ¾" x 15 ¾" size. Please contact us with your request for these items so that we can prepare a package that will work best for your needs. A moderate fee will be charged to defray costs. Because custom sizes and configurations have to be sent through our production department, we will have to charge full price for all made-to-order items.
